Class Descriptions


Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It may include both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba is designed for all ages and fitness levels, class participants at any level can start Zumba right away.

 Line Dancing
Line Dancing, like most dance classes, is a "brain workout" that exercises your memory and coordination in addition to the physical benefits. Using a variety of music genres there is sure to be a style for everyone in this popular class!
Zumba - Low Impact

The ultimate Latin dance workout for the active older adult and those new to fitness.  Choreography is low impact and has more visual and verbal cues.  Perfect for those who have difficulty jumping or making the fast transitions. You may move a bit slower than regular Zumba, but you will definitely have fun while getting fit.

Boot Camp
An effective workout program for women and men who want to reach their fitness goals. Guided by an enthusiastic personal trainer, boot camp participants benefit from: a variety of drills, exercises and conditioning work,       
personal progress report, weekly lifestyle tips,  relive stress, lose weight.
Booty Beat

Booty Beat, is a cardio intensive outrageously entertaining dance-based class that works the entire body. Using the easy to learn foundational moves, participants will quickly "own" the movement and experience the fabulous feeling that dancing gives you, while reaping the benefits of strength and cardiovascular exercise all in one class.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga in a series of poses that move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling while relaxing your body. These movements are smooth flowing and almost dance-like.
